TEACHING CREDITS
Owner of River's Edge Studio located at Riverview Station, Asheville, NC. 2005 to present. Art instruction for adults, professional development coaching for artists.
Instructor at Asheville Buncombe Technical Community College in Continuing Education for Adults ages 16 and up. Curriculum Design and Instruction. Classes in Beginning, Intermediate and Studio Painting, Impressionist painting, Abstract Painting, Mixed Media and Found Object Art, 3-D techniques.
Youth Art with Imagine, a nonprofit organization for home schooled children ages 8-17. Curriculum design and instruction. Classes include Painting, Mixed Media, Printmaking, Research Detective, Altered Books, Sumi-e Painting and Cultural Studies. 2001 to present.
Workshops and Summer Programs: Asheville Art Museum Youth Art Program, Girls Happening at New Studio of Dance, Adult classes at Folk Art Center, Woolworth's Walk, Jewish Community Center, Girl Scouts USA, and private lessons to students.
